Item No. 456
The micro beads come in a 12-color wheel. Unfortunately, some of the beads have spilled out in transit and mixed with the other colors. Colors include: black, silver, green, copper, fuchsia, pink, purple, dark green, dark purple, dark red, navy blue and gold.
One of the many ways to use micro beads is to make studded nails:
The base color is Color Club's Wing Fling. I applied a bit of top coat and I applied a bead one by one using a toothpick. It was hard to figure out the spacing but it became easier once I figured out how many rows to apply. I added another layer of topcoat to seal them in place. Also, the micro beads were no trouble to remove. I applied a cotton pad with a some of remover and they removed rather easily.
Some other uses for micro beads:
You can use them on the whole nail. Simply apply over wet polish and tap off excess. Apply a coat of topcoat to seal them in.
They can be used to make shapes. I made a gold cross for this skull nail art.
Final thoughts?
That being said, I feel that metallic micro beads are a very versatile nail art product. It can seem tedious or messy apply but the final outcome is amazing.
